He believes that the atmosphere at WVU sporting events has lost its luster over the years, especially to students. Having attended several Mountaineer road games, Clark has seen what visiting schools can offer. When elected to Athletic Council, he plans on restoring WVU's once special atmosphere at Mountaineer games by implementing the ideas he has gathered from other schools such as Penn State, Auburn, and LSU. Mountaineer Field and the Coliseum, specifically, need to offer students more than just a football and basketball game. WVU can easily accomplish this by increasing signage, improving the music through social media, and improving student giveaways. In conclusion, Clark is confident that he can increase student attendance at WVU sporting events as a whole.
